Shipping & Returns
We currently ship to Sweden, Denmark and Finland. Soon opening up to new markets in EU. Once your order has been placed, it will be processed within three working days. When your order has been dispatched, you will be able to trace your order using the reference number sent to the stated email address.
Since all scents are customized after your request, returns are not possible. However, if something should happen to your scent during shipping, don’t worry! Your recipe is saved and we can provide you with a new perfume. Scent is very subjective. And therefore we cannot guarantee that your personal expectation on the scent is met. No Ordinary Scent is a self-exploring experience and we encourage all customers to have an open mindset when they enter the world of scents. Safety and Other
Every No Ordinary Scent is unique and the scent that is generated from your personal photos has never been made before, and therefore it has not been stability-tested. Because of this, the scent and appearance of the perfume can vary over time. The scent has not gone through any final testing, however we will never produce a scent which exceeds the limit of allergens allowed by European standards.
